I live in the woods of Northern California with my husband and pet rats. I try to live the so-called quiet life, but adventure, and sometimes even disaster, always seem to find me no matter what! I've lived in 5 states so far, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Arizona, Oregon and now NorCal.
I love writing. Sometimes I post entries daily, sometimes I may get busy with other things and disappear for a while. Why keep a public journal? Well, I don't write for the amusement of others, but rather because I enjoy writing. It's a wonderful way to vent my troubles and to record the good times. Yet I don't mind sharing my words as an afterthought. If anything I have to say can help, inspire, enlighten or motivate someone else, hey, why not?
I am bisexual, though I have remained very faithful to my husband of 15 years.
Following a miscarriage I was told I could eventually have kids if I kept trying. In the end I decided to keep my life. I love my freedom!
I am a unique, eccentric and liberal individual. I believe in free speech and that old saying to each their own. I believe no one should have the right to tell others how to live their lives no matter how much they may disagree with it.
I like both spontaneity and the comfort of routine.
My favorite color is pink, I love a variety of music (especially 70s), and my favorite cuisine is seafood and Chinese. I collect dolls of all kinds from Barbies to mannequins, vinyls to porcelains. I love incense, horror and thriller movies/books. I love to sing, but haven't been interested in guitars or keyboards for years. I run a mile nearly everyday and have an interest in languages. I speak Sign Language and Spanish and am currently learning Italian. I plan to learn other languages as well.
To supplement our income I enter tons of contests everyday. I win a lot, too! As a psychic influencer, I make sure of this. I sometimes jinx-write things into happening too, and have dream premonitions, but not nearly as much as I influence things in both negative and positive ways, depending on my mood and determination.
Although I understand that this site is aimed at younger people, I love it here and so I'll probably be here forever!
